These terms cover use of THE GREAT TAV PICKS. The full cancel and refund policy is on the legal page. If these terms and that policy differ on a refund, the legal page controls.
Information only
Picks are opinions for information only. We do not take wagers and we do not operate a sportsbook. Nothing on the site is a wager, a guarantee, or financial advice.
18+ only
You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy VIP. Picks are opinions. Gamble responsibly where gambling is legal for you.
Subscriptions
VIP is sold through Stripe Checkout as a Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly plan. One subscription unlocks the published VIP boards. Price and any applicable tax are shown at checkout.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly VIP plan at any time from Account. The subscription does not renew, and you keep VIP until the paid period ends. Canceling does not issue an automatic refund of the current billing period. Access continues through the time you already paid for.
72-hour money-back for new members
Brand-new first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 72 hours of the first successful charge, preferably unused and on the first cancel. This is not automatic. Email support@thegreattavpicks.com from the email on the account. If the request is approved, VIP then ends immediately. We do not promise that a refund is issued immediately on cancel. Outside that new-member window, there is no refund of the current period.
